Military Whistles & Boatswain Pipes

 

These whistles have all played an important part in military history around the world. They are still largely made by hand, using original techniques and machinery from the early 20th Century. Whistles used during WWII are still made in Birmingham, using much of the same machinery that was used during the early and mid 20th Century as well as traditional hand finishing techniques.
